Handsome Bailey on his first ever puppy groom in March 2016 and a photo today, 8 year on. ā¤ļø
I'm getting fierce sentimental in my ripe old age. š I had a real 'pinch me' moment today, thinking of all the amazing dogs whose lives I've gotten to be a part of, and their human's journey too. I've literally watched pups grow from hyper little puppies, to mature Teddy bears, the hardest part was watching some grow old and having to say goodbye. I've pampered dogs for their humans weddings; to meet their first, second or third human siblings. Pampered a few before they've emigrated, and even pampered them before their final farewell to their own humans. š I've gotten to witness so many amazing journeys that the doggos and their humans have been on. And heard some amazing stories of what your dogs have helped you through. You see so many negative things on social media where people drop their dogs at the drop of a hat, but by Christ not my customers, I've only seen the doggo/human relationship go from strength to strength no matter how busy people's lives got, which is bloody amazing to witness and even feel part of.
I just want to say a massive thanks to all the doggos and their humans for sticking with me over the years and leaving me be part of their lives. Even throughout two maternity leaves, covid times, and my atrocious speed of responding to messages (I've gotten way better at that š). Some of you have ans continue to travel a great distance to get here, passing many other great groomers doors on the way to mine, and I genuinely do appreciate that. I hope you all know that, and know by now I bloody love your dogs so bloody much!!! ā¤ļø
