This is Willow. And this took weeks. Not months. Weeks.
A few weeks ago she couldn't get within 10 feet of another dog without completely losing it. Barking, lunging, pulling so hard you'd think she was trying to go through the fence. Zero interest in us. Zero.
And I get it. When you're being dragged down the road every single walk, it stops feeling like something you can fix. It just starts to feel like your dog.
But here's what actually changed things:
No magic. No flooding her with triggers until she gave up. Just getting her to care about coming back to us more than she cared about the trigger. Teaching her that sniffing and settling was worth more than reacting. Building up to the point where she could be off-lead, see another dog running straight at her, and choose to come back.
That last bit? That's not luck. That's a clear structure, consistent reps, and a dog who finally understood what we were asking of her.
One thing I'll say about this process — follow it in order. Every step is there for a reason. Skip one and you'll likely find yourself stuck, wondering why it's not clicking. The owners who see results like this are the ones who trust the process and don't jump ahead.
And we got there in weeks.
The full breakdown of exactly how we did it is in a free guide. Comment SPICY and I'll send it straight to you.
