I completed my equine therapy coaching course in ChildVision with a fantastic and knowledgeable group of people, and Lucy was one of those 🐴

Another happy pair who stayed with us 🐴

Thank you to Kate and Yola who travelled from Kanturk to spend a few days on the Beara Peninsula ✨️

Their horses Harry and S***f had 5* star treatment while on livery and our riders had a warm and cozy stay in Tigh Sean ☘️

These guys booked us to ride two days, half day trekking around our lovely town loop and then a full day from the stables to urhan then onto allihies for a break before heading home 🏇

Between the showers and howling wind scenes there was some beautiful blue skies along the way and our riders were in awe of the fabulous views ❤️

Beginners lessons 🏇🏇

Lessons are starting back next week, we're looking forward to welcoming you all back!

We've got some spaces available for junior and beginner riders,

* Wednesdays 3.30 to 6pm
* Saturdays 1.30 to 4pm

> €25 pp, pay as you go Sept to June
> suitable for ages 4 years up
> lots to be learnt during these lessons, grooming, tacking up, learning about thr pony, riding lesson,
> a great activity in a calm and friendly environment, a grest way to meet new friends and spending time with the horses and ponies is a super calming snd relaxing.

Happy 1st of September folks ✨️

Reminder we are closed this week, however we've decided to run some events on the weekend 🏇

🎊🎊 €5 discount on bookings made before wednesday 3rd Sep at 10 pm 🎊🎊

Saturday 6th:
* senior/intermediate all day workshop 11am to 6pm €50 for the day, includes 2 riding lessons and stable management learning. Riders must be able to walk trot and canter

Sunday 7th:
* Junior/beginner mini workshop 11am to 2pm €35, includes looking after your pony, 1 riding lesson, stable management, care of the pony after riding. Riders must be able to walk and trot alone or with a runner.

Booking is open now until Friday evening, and remember €5 discount on any spaces booked before wednesday 3rd at 10pm 🎉🎉🎉

Senior/intermediate and advanced junior camp 🐴

A great 3 days of camp last week 🫶

* riding lessons included jumping, trec obstacles, drill riding and simple shool exercises.
* stable management included points of the horse, horse breeds, tacking up and tacking off and loading and travelling, we even practiced loading some of the ponies into the horse box!
* long reining and lunging Luna our young 3 year old who is ready to be backed
* we finished camp with an in house competition with a challenging course of Trec PTV obstacles!
* campers were great to get stuck into mucking out, bedding down, tack cleaning, feeding horses and turning them out to the field!

A really enjoyable few days, a great bunch of kids, most importantly we had so much fun 😁

Thank you to Christina and kate for all our hard work and big well done to our fantastic team of horses and ponies who worked so hard at camp 😍

We are fully booked for the rest of the week and we are closed from Monday 1st to Sunday 7th September 🏇

Well done and a huge thank you to everyone who entered for our Ride for Feile show ♥️🐴

We had a great morning, with everyone doing a fantastic job, with very competitive scores. Great to see everyone doing so well 🏇

Thank you to those who paid the entry even if they couldn't attend and thank you to our holiday guests who donated to the fund too. A special thanks to issie for donating some sweet treats for the riders and thanks to Pete and Helen for keeping everyone hydrated after their round! Thank you to marie pound saddle repairs for donating brushes for every rider and to Julie for making lovely horse shoe prizes.

We raised €1200, small donation but it will go a long way 🙏



Sending big hugs to Feile from all of us at the stables and the ponies ♥️

We will do the draw for the €50 voucher for the stables on Saturday.
