Hey everyone,

Due to an increase in last-minute cancellations, I’ve made the difficult decision to introduce a cancellation policy. This isn’t something I wanted to do, but it’s become necessary to keep things running smoothly.

When appointments are canceled at short notice and I’m unable to fill the spot, it leaves me without the opportunity to work during that time. It also means others who are waiting for an appointment miss out, which isn’t fair to them.

I hope you understand, and I truly appreciate your continued support in keeping me so busy.
