Thank you to all my gorgeous loyal clients for keeping the amazing Ella so so busy while i’m away, she is booked up this week and has scattered slots next week.
Reminder to please send your booking inquiries through whats app 0833026807 as she doesnt have access to the social media at the moment.

Im finishing up here on Wednesday for 4-6 weeks, Ella & Ziva will be taking over the work phone whats app 0833028607
Appointments will be limited, Ella will be handling her own bookings while i’m off so any inquiries for after i’ve left wont be responded to until she has the phone.
Please try to stick to whats app for bookings while i’m away as it keeps it all in one place for her.

On another note, with the current heat wave please be on time to collect dogs as the salon will be heating up as the day goes on. ☀️🌞
Make sure your dog is hydrated on arrival, your car is cool on the journey & do not take your dogs on long walks before your appointment.
If your dog has a dense coat which requires excessive drying time & is struggling we may send them home damp to ensure their safety.
If your dog is showing any signs of overheating, the groom will be suspended immediately.
Dog safety is always number one priority, thank you 🙏 💖

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR CLIENTS PLEASE READ💖-
I am having surgery 1st june so will be taking 4-6 weeks off to recover. Please book your dogs in ASAP to ensure they are not left without grooming during the month of June. I am expecting the remaining slots this month to go very fast after this announcement. The week before i go has very limited availability and is reserved for regular clients only (4-6 week bookings). I will not be taking bookings for July until i am mostly recovered and can be sure on the date of my return. Thank you for understanding 💖
I may have a groomer covering me while i’m away but this is not confirmed yet & spaces will be limited with her. I recommend my regulars at least come for bath & blow dries so the other groomer can prevent any matting if my time off is extended past 4 weeks. I will update you on this & if it goes ahead she will have my work phone during this period of time and you can message on whats app. 💖
