Did you know we do boarding?
Any breed is welcome, intact males are welcome, and we are fully insured for all dogs. We just ask for vaccinations to be up to date, no females in season, and more importantly owners to be upfront about anything their dogs struggle with. We can only mind a dog to our best ability if we know if they are nervous or don't like other dogs.
No dogs get mixed outside of their own household and there is somebody with the dogs 24/7

LASSIE IS LOOKING FOR A NEW HOME ❤️
This stunning Rough Collie came into our care recently through no fault of his own, he is approx 6/7 yrs old, he loves the company of people and is really affectionate but not so keen on other dogs or cats so we are looking for a home where he is the only pet, where he will get all the love and attention he so deserves ❤️ he walks well on the lead but isn’t overly active, he will need a secure garden to potter around in, preferable a home with older kids or teenagers, if you are interested in adopting please call us on 0599726785 to discuss

Mary Coppock (née Byrne) of 6 Milford Park, Ballinabranna and formerly of Tullow, Co. Carlow and Peacehaven, England, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on August 13th, 2025 at Beechwood Nursing Home, Leighlinbridge, Carlow

Beloved wife of the late Laurie, much loved mother of Tara and adored grandmother of Grace and Callum.

She will be sadly missed by her loving daughter, grandchildren, son-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

May Mary’s Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at Carpenter Bros Funeral Home, Shamrock Sq., Carlow (Eircode R93 C863) from 4pm on Sunday, August 17th, until 7pm that evening. Removal from there on Monday morning at 10.30am, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am in St. Fintan’s Church, Ballinabranna.
Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery

So excited to let you know you can now buy Barking Mad Dog Treats in the cafe (just outside Tullow)… it’s a beautiful dog friendly spot for a (great) coffee and delicious treats …..The cafe is outside and has a lovely warm fire and the resident super friendly cat will definitely greet you!!
