I dont often post regarding saddle fitters etc but this is a necessary post for me .
Jess and myself met a little while back though a trusted friend of mine . I had tried a number of fitters and either nobody came back to me , or I just wasn't convinced.
I met jess and the first thing she said was
"I'm not here to sell you a saddle. You need to be happy and your horse needs to be happy ,"
We tried a few saddles and turned out the saddle my friend was selling was absolutely perfect for her . She literally jumped me out of the saddle and that has not happened for years.
I have witnessed jess tell owners that their saddle is fine but needs a flocking , that its fine but just needs a pad . She made it her business to help me with with another horse very recently and took the time to go through videos of me riding and jumping and could put my mind at ease it wasn't me but the saddle wasn't just helping us out .
She has been above and beyond kind and honest with me and im so happy that I can have jess here in Via Equine as a resident saddle fitter and a bit fitter
As everyone knows I do not write a post lightly or in fact put my business behind a product or a person unless I absolutely 1000% believe their intentions are true to the horse and the owner .
As a physio Jess has taught me so much . I have learned to watch for issues that I wouldn't have been fully aware of and this has in turn made me better at my job and helps me deliver more knowledge and referral for saddle fitting or adjustments.
Well done Jess Parsons your a star.
