No time to get bored here at Brennanstown! We have had a busy Easter - a Children's Camp the week before, followed by British Horse Society Assessments the following week and another day, a photo shoot. It's all go!
Our regular riders returned last Saturday - we would like to welcome them back for the Summer term of 10 lessons and hope they enjoy their lessons and rides.

We had a great day on Sunday hosting the colours competition , all the horses were super and the riders did a good job ! Also thanks to the liveries who lent their horses on the day !

We will be holding our Annual Coffee Morning in aid of the Irish Cancer Society this Friday (20 March). If you are free that morning, please feel free to join us for a 'cuppa' anytime from 11.00 am and help to support this very worthy cause

Business as usual over the past few weeks, despite the absolutely appalling weather conditions which makes working with and looking after horses extremely difficult. Luckily most weekends have been reasonably dry and term riding was not disrupted.
IURCA trials for their Team selection took place last Sunday, with 14 hopefuls trying for University International places. All rode very well, making it challenging for the Selectors!
Looking forward to better weather and longer days as Spring unfolds

Lots of action over the Christmas and New Year. Our Annual Children's Show was followed by some really lovely rides over the holiday season. The Hollybrook Riding Club held their Annual Christmas Ride on 28 December followed by mulled wine and refreshments - likewise on New Years Day. There was also a two day camp for children held on 2 and 3 January to start the New Year. Life has returned more or less to normal now and our Easter Term of lessons is commencing this week.
