Az elmaradt 2025 Spring Komárom x CACIB kiállítással kapcsolatos tájékoztatás
Tisztelt Kiállítóink!
Az elmaradt 2025. április 04-05-06-i Spring Komárom 3xCACIB kiállítás nevezéseivel kapcsolatban a MEOE Szövetség Elnöksége a következőképp rendelkezik:
A kiállító az alábbi lehetőségek közül választhat:
1. A MEOE Szövetség teljes visszatérítést kínál a nevezési díjakra, 10 %-os banki és adminisztrációs költség levonásával,
2. Kérheti a nevezési díj 75 %-nak visszatérítését, melyhez a MEOE Szövetség egy 30 %-os kedvezmény kupont biztosít. A kedvezmény kupont a központi kiállításokra történő nevezéshez használhatja fel (2025. évi Sárvár CACIB és 2025 évi Komárom CACIB), az elmaradt kiállításra nevezett kutyák és napok arányában (tehát, ha 1 kutyát nevezett mind 3 napra Komáromba, akkor 3 db 30%-os kupont kap, mely 1-1 bármilyen kutya nevezéséhez lesz felhasználható).
Figyelem, ha egy tulajdonos több kutyát is nevezett, az összes általa nevezett kutyára a fenti opciók közül csak az egyik választható!
Minden kiállító részére a DogShow Kft. információs e-mailt fog küldeni 2025. május 6-ig, melyben tájékoztatást nyújtunk, hogy milyen felületen kell jelezni, hogy melyik opciót választotta. A felületen meg kell adni a visszautaláshoz szükséges banki adatokat, és a személyes információkat, legkésőbb 2025. május 20-ig, hogy Egyesületünk adminisztrációs részlege el tudja végezni a szükséges pénzvisszafizetést, illetve a kedvezmény kuponok kiküldését legkésőbb 2025. május 28-ig.
Kérem, vegye figyelembe, hogy a 2025. május 20-a után történő pénzvisszatérítési igényét már nem fogjuk tudni figyelembe venni.

Information about the cancelled 2025 Spring Komárom x CACIB show
Dear Exhibitors!
Regarding the entries for the cancelled Spring Komárom 3xCACIB show on 04-05-06 April 2025, the Presidency of the Hungarian Kennel Club has the following decision:
1. The Hungarian Kennel Club offers a full refund of entry fees, with deduction of 10% bank and administration fee,
2. You can request a refund of 75% of the entry fees, for which the Hungarian Kennel Club provides a 30% discount voucher. You can use this voucher to enter for the centrally organized dogshows (2025 Sárvár CACIB and 2025 Komárom CACIB), in proportion to the number of dogs and days registered for the cancelled show (if you registered 1 dog for all 3 days in Komárom, you will receive 3 x 30% vouchers, which can be used to register any dogs).
Please note that if an owner has entered multiple dogs, only one option can be selected for all dogs entered!
DogShow Kft. will send an email to all exhibitors till May 6, 2025 in which we provide information on which interface you must indicate which option you have chosen. You must provide the bank details and personal information required for the refund, no later than May 20, 2025, so that the Hungarian Kennel Club can carry out the necessary refund and send the discount vouchers, till May 28, 2025.
Please note that we will no longer be able to consider your refund request after May 20, 2025.
