What is a great dog handler?
A great dog handler is the one that can make a great conection with a dog and they make a great team on the show ring.
My oppinion is not the winning that makes a handler great, what makes him great is the tail wagging and the fact that the dog "dances" as he is asked to from the first moment they step into the ring
Greatness is looking at the dog and seeing he is comfortable and willing to do anything for his handler

Someone asked me what is dog handling???
My opinion is that dog Handling is DANCING with your dog, the music is the standard, the show ring is the dance floor. To be succesfull in handling both you and your dog partner have to know the steps and trust eachother. For this you need practice and a dog that understands your cues.
Enjoy a nice memory of me and my multi Best In Show and World Winner Zebra, she was a dog that knew to dance with any handler experienced or not:)
