The Cseppentő Saddle celebrates its 40th anniversary this year!
The visionary behind the saddle is Attila Cseppentő, who is also the founder of the Akhal Stud in Ópusztaszer.

To mark the jubilee, the idea of the Cseppentő Report was born. This series of interviews not only presents the development and "evolution" of the saddle, but also offers a glimpse into the founding of the Ópusztaszer Akhal Stud, the era of traditional equestrian shows, and the life of the Cseppentő family — all the way to the present day.

The first episode summarizing the four-decade journey is titled “The Beginnings”, and will be followed by additional episodes. 🥰

Ivett Csiszér has been riding and practicing horseback archery with the Cseppentő saddle for many years.

She is deservedly recognized as one of the world’s most outstanding athletes, with numerous exceptional achievements in horseback archery. To highlight just a few: she is a multiple-time Hungarian Champion and World Champion. This year, after earning the Master Level I rank, she also successfully attained the Master Level II certification within the examination system of the World Federation of Equestrian Archery (WFEA).
In 2024, Ivett became the first woman to score over 300 points in an official competition. With a score of 305.81 points (achieved with her horse, Zafír), she currently holds second place on both this year’s and the all-time World Ranking list. This score also stands as the highest ever achieved by a female competitor in the history of the sport.

We wish her continued success and hope that the Cseppentő saddle will support her in achieving many more extraordinary results in the future! 🏆
