SAMARA (HELIUM X MUENCHHAUSEN TSF)

One more Trakehner mare with DARETA, Samara born in 2019 cought our eye at the Trakehner Auction in Neumuenster in 2023 and we were lucky enough to have the hammer fall on our bid. This beautiful grey is the perfect example of the grace and elegance trakehner horses are known for and will start showing her moves with our competition squad this season. Already she is developing great under saddle and we cannot wait to show you more. 😄

ETHNA (WINDSOR X SCHWADRONEUR)

Continuing with our mares, we would like to show you Ethna.🐎

This beautiful Trakehner mare, born 2016, Ethna is one of the last offspring from the legendary mare Evita XII. Evita is also the mother of legendary Trakehner Stallion Easy Game, making Ethna closely related to Dalera BB who needs no introduction. We are happy to say that Ethna gave birth to her first foal ETHOS v. Finckenstein in 2023 and we cannot wait to see this youngster grow up. This spring we are planning to continue breeding her, genetics like these are almost a guarantee for excellence in the dressage arena. 🤩

St.Pr.u.Pr.St. SANTA INDIRA (IVANHOE X KASIMIR TSF)

Introducing to you the mares of DARETA STUD. We first want you to meet Santa Indira. She was bred by Peter Richterich in 2019 and we were lucky enough to aquire her at the Trakehner Hengstmarkt Auction in 2022. She is the half sister to Eliteanwärter Santo Scuro, and at a young age was already awarded premium status. In the spring of 2023 she gave birth to her first foal, Sankt Pirmas, a c**t from Eichengold contributing to a long legacy of breeding in the Schwindlerin family.🐎

We are looking forward to this season, as she will now be focused on sport and part of our competition horses we develop for the future.🏆

DARETA - A FAMILY AFFAIR

A family of horse lovers turned their love into a business venture. David Pagitz, together with his sister Rebecca and their mother Tatjana formed DARETA STUD. All of them being life-long avid horse lovers, and David spending time in the saddle since childhood, a more serious step into the equestrian world was never far away. 👩‍👧‍👦

In 2022 it was time and the family decided to take a leap of faith starting their own operation breeding and training horses mainly within the Trakehner breed. By spring of 2023 we were already proud owners of two licensed Trakehner stallions and awaiting two foals to be born under our name for the first time. In summer our mares Santa Indira and Ethna gave birth to two healthy and beautifull c**ts while our stallion Hirtenstern had his first outings in sport showing his potential. DARETA STUD continues to leave its impression with our family of horses growing and more foals being expected this season. We cannot wait to see what 2024 has prepared for us and our beautiful horses. 🐎

DARETA'S FEINER TRAUM (LEBENSTRAUM X SIXTUS)

Presenting to you our Feiner Traum. A Trakehner Stallion who embodies the multifaceted Sporthorse the breed was made for, with an excellent jump, 3 basic gaits with great quality and an interieur one can only dream of. Bred by Siegfried Lask and initially ridden and trained by the Austrian Olympian Lea Siegl, we cannot wait to see what the future holds for this now 5-year-old who will make his first steps in the eventing circuit this season.🐎

DARETA'S HIRTENSTERN (HIRTENTANZ X IMPETUS)

Presenting to you our Hirtenstern. This magnificent 4-year-old Trakehner stallion was bred by Ralf Budt and discovered by us at the Trakehner spring licensing in Munster Handorf. He left us in awe from the first moment we saw him and does not stop to impress us with his character and moves in the arena. Currently, he calls Gestut Haus Giesking his home where he is growing and prospering under the watchful eye and saddle of Tom Oldridge .🐎

Champion of 3-year-old Trakehner stallions at the International Bundesturnir 2023, thereafter qualified and performed at the German Bundeschampionate for 3-year-old stallions of all breeds in 2023.🏆

He will be available for breeding via fresh and frozen semen at Hengststation Holkenbrink for the 2024 season❗️
