Last week, I had the joy of being part of something truly special, celebrating incredible milestone: their eggs are now available at Food Le Parc in Wan Chai’s Hopewell Centre! 🥚✨

I was honoured to be invited as one of the chefs to do a live demo using their eggs, and of course, I made my signature brownies. 🍫
Huge thanks to the amazing rén team for having us and for all the meaningful work you do. Your locally sourced eggs not only taste amazing, they also support disadvantaged young people in Hong Kong. 💛
