🌪️【Typhoon Arrangement Notice】🌪️
颱風將至，照護常在。
Stormy skies ahead, but care never stops.
為確保您的寵物於颱風期間依然能被好好照護，星寵已經為各位主人安排醫護人員守候，在颱風期間依然能維持有限度的醫療服務。
📌 一號或三號颱風信號懸掛時：本院維持正常服務。
📌 八號颱風或更高信號懸掛時：
1️⃣ 門診服務將暫停，本院將於八號颱風信號解除後的兩小時後依次重新安排受影響客人的門診預約；
2️⃣ 09:00 - 21:00：已留在本院的寵物，將由醫生及護士團隊當值照顧，本院將通知受影響客人有關安排；
3️⃣ 21:00 - 09:00：信號懸掛前的住院寵物，24小時住院服務仍然維持正常，並由醫護人員當值照顧；
⚠️ 颱風期間，本院所有服務價格不變。
⚠️ 如颱風懸掛期間影響本院其他運作，我們會即時於IG及Facebook公佈最新安排。
⚠️ 提提您：如天氣惡劣，請提前安排好毛孩所需藥物／食物，並減少外出，保障人寵安全！

To ensure your beloved pets continue receiving proper care during the typhoon, Zodiac has arranged for medical staff to stay on duty. Limited veterinary services will remain available during the typhoon period.
📌 When Typhoon Signal No.1 or No.3 is in effect: Operates as usual.
📌 When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is in effect:
1️⃣ Consultation services will be temporarily suspended. After Typhoon Signal No.8 is lowered, we will begin rescheduling affected appointments progressively within two hours.
2️⃣ 09:00 - 21:00: Hospitalised pets will be cared for by our doctors and nursing team. Affected clients will be notified.
3️⃣ 21:00 - 09:00: 24-hour hospitalisation will remain in operation for pets admitted before the signal was raised, under the care of overnight medical staff.
⚠️ Our service charges remain unchanged during typhoons.
⚠️ Any additional updates will be announced promptly on our IG and Facebook.
⚠️ Kindly prepare any necessary medication or food in advance and minimise outings for your and your pet’s safety.
