The number of electric vehicles in Hong Kong is on the rise, and the construction of public charging facilities across all districts is being expedited. We have installed a vehicle access management system for a large-scale charging station in one district, delivering an all-in-one solution covering access identification and logging, on-screen guidance and billing administration. Meanwhile, fire detection cameras have been installed around the car park to monitor the temperature of charging equipment, cables and parking areas round the clock. Upon detecting abnormal overheating, fire sparks or smoking activities, the system triggers immediate audible and white-light alarms to provide early warnings against equipment overheating and minimise potential fire hazards. We leverage technology to deliver round-the-clock safety oversight and build a secure charging environment.

The entire care home is equipped with smart cameras for real-time face comparison monitoring. Once it is detected that an elderly person passes within the camera's range, an alarm signal will be transmitted immediately, with both flashing lights and sound to give a dual alarm prompt. The management system will also record the time and location information of all alarm events, track the wandering trajectory of the elderly friends, and by using technology combined with professional and attentive elderly care, help the care home optimize the care process.

Upgrade of the building access control intercom system, integrated with an intelligent management platform!💪
To enhance the overall access control management efficiency of the building and address issues such as the inconvenience of traditional intercom systems, cumbersome visitor registration, and untraceable door access records, the low access control efficiency has also increased the management workload. To solve this problem, we installed smart intercom systems at the main entrances of a residential estate in Hong Kong to meet the usage needs of the entire estate. Residents can call for remote door access by entering their room number, or unlock the door by entering a password, tapping an Octopus card or access card. Visitors can enter and exit by calling residents' mobile phones or scanning a time-limited QR code generated by the management office or residents via a mobile app, eliminating the need for waiting or complicated registration. This not only improves access security but also significantly reduces the time spent on manual verification and registration, truly achieving a win-win situation for both residents and the management office.

Construction of buildings and residential projects in a certain area of Hong Kong has been proceeding one after another. With workers coming and going at the construction site every day, the CIC intelligent all-in-one machine we provide is simply an "excellent management assistant" for construction sites! It integrates facial recognition, body temperature measurement, and worker registration card tapping functions. The facial recognition is faster than 0.3 seconds, enabling instant confirmation of workers' entry and exit, so there's no need for long queues at the entrance of the construction site. The infrared temperature measurement range is 0.4-0.8 meters, allowing accurate measurement without contact, making health management at the construction site much easier. Most importantly, it is connected to the construction workers' system, so workers can directly use their registration cards to tap and enter or exit. One machine can integrate multiple methods, simplifying processes and facilitating smart management of the construction site.
