Termination of Distributor Statement sea Mr Organic (MY) Sdn Bhd

We thank you for your continuous appreciation and support of our products and write to inform
you of an important update.

The distributor agreement between Mr Organic (MY) Sdn Bhd and us has already been terminated
with effect from 4 September 2025. Accordingly, Mr Organic (MY) Sdn Bhd is no longer a distributor of our company or our products, and is no longer permitted to sell, advertise, dispose, or otherwise deal with any of our products.

We would therefore be grateful if you could from now on contact us directly or our official distribution channels for all future orders, inquiries, or support regarding our products. In case if you notice any attempt by Mr Organic (MY) Sdn Bhd to further distribute or deal with our products, kindly let us know
immediately so that we can take steps to protect you from such infringement of our rights.

We want to take this opportunity to express our heartfelt gratitude for your continued support and trust in our products.

Your loyalty means the world to us, and we are truly honored to have you as
our customer and part of our community.

一直喜歡寵物的我們，於是我們選擇了送一份禮物給天下間的所有寵物。A gift for your pet 正正就是 mrorganic 一直秉承着的理念！ 數着數着已經有六年嘅回憶，你們還記得我們是怎樣認識嗎？

這六年間我們由90 cm ×120 cm嘅各個市集枱開始，接着接着走上各個大商場及成為首個寵物品牌進駐香港國際機場的禁區！ 能夠在這條美麗街上行走多年，確確實實要多謝的人實在太多！

最要大力多謝的是不管在那個時間真金白銀購買過MrOrganic產品的您們與及不定時為我們送上飲品或鼓勵說話的你們！ 至深銘感！

寫着寫着六年嘅回憶點滴、感慨地覺得好像一部電影被一幕一幕感動着！ 是的！ 在好看的電影也有結束的時間！

雖然有很多的不捨，我們亦都嘗試用最大努力撐着，奈何種種困境，把我們無法用心繼續經營！ 加上身體面臨警號嚎哭，在醫生的警惕下必須停止所有工作治療！

As pet lovers ourselves, we wanted to give a special gift to all the pets out there. “A gift for your pet” is the very essence of what mr.organic has always stood for! Can you believe it’s already been six years? Do you remember how we first met?

Over these six years, we’ve grown from a small market stall (90 cm × 120 cm!) to shops in major malls and even became the first pet brand to set up in the restricted area of Hong Kong International Airport! We are so grateful for all the amazing people who have walked this beautiful journey with us.

A huge thank you to each and every one of you who have supported us by purchasing mr.organic products or sending us drinks and encouraging words along the way! Your kindness means the world to us!

As I reflect on these six years, it feels like a heartwarming movie filled with unforgettable moments. But just like any great film, it has to come to an end.
-
Though it’s bittersweet, we’ve tried our hardest to keep going, but various challenges have made it difficult for us to continue with the same passion. Plus, my health has raised some serious alarms, and under the doctor’s advice, I need to pause everything to focus on treatment.

So, we’ve decided to say goodbye on October 31, 2024. We look forward to crossing paths again in the future!
