Dr Zora 鄭醫生於6月初會放一個月產假，如果有長期病患需要覆診，請及早聯絡我們安排時間覆診或配藥，目前Dr Zora看診時間包括19/5, 20/5, 21/5, 25/5, 26/5,27/5, 28/5, 1/6, 2/6及3/6。接著從4號開始放假。接著應診時間約7月中開始。

🌬️颱風蘇拉來襲，凝心讓您安心

若是明日懸掛八號風球，凝心還是會提供看診服務給需要的病患，應診時間改為上午11:00至夜晚21:00。原先已預約的病患若狀況穩定將會安排其他時段看診。造成不便敬請見諒。

經過兩周試營業的磨合，為的是給大家一個舒適的就診體驗，我們的動物醫療中心終於在8月26日(六)正式開幕啦！

開幕當天早上10點至下午2點，我們將舉行開幕茶會，誠摯邀請大家蒞臨指教，可以趁機參觀診所，也可以一起品嚐茶點。

‼️因舉行茶會，當天下午4點至晚上8點我們只能提供有限的預約診症服務，還請各位見諒。

凝心動物醫療中心是一個專門為狗貓提供醫療保健的機構，有不同的部門和設備，以滿足不同種類和狀況的動物的需求。今天將會介紹我們的環境以及所能提供的服務。
首先，我們設有貓和狗獨立的候診區，這是為了避免不同動物之間的衝突或傳染病。也可以避免可能引起的恐慌、壓力或攻擊。因此，將貓和狗分開安置，並提供舒適的座位。讓主人和寵物在等待和就診時感到放鬆自在，是我們努力的目標。
其次，提供全面血液檢驗服務，我們採用全套idexx驗血機及尿檢機，以提供全面的檢查，而影像設備方面，我們設有X光及超聲波(可進行心臟超聲波和腹腔超聲波)，以幫助診斷寵物的疾病或異常。還有手術室及牙科治療(包含齒科X光)等先進的設備，這些都是為了提供更高效和專業的醫療服務。並配備了麻醉、監測和消毒等設備。
我們還設有住院部可以提供給需要住院治療或觀察的寵物，例如手術後、重症或長期治療的病患。同時也設立傳染病房則是專門用來隔離和治療有傳染性疾病的病患，以防止其他動物受到感染。
最後，我們也有提供夜間急診服務，希望能夠及時為病患們提供最好、最即時的醫療服務，許多疾病總是來得猝不及防，病情不容許拖延，以避免造成無法挽回的遺憾。

Tomorrow (August 5th) is our soft opening day. In the past few days leading up to it, our three excellent veterinarians - Dr. Alan, Dr. Roger, and Dr. Zora - went for training to learn canine mitral valve repair surgery. We hope to be able to provide this advanced surgery to more dogs in the future. They are dedicated to enhancing their professional knowledge and skills to provide the best quality service.

Our goal is to bring mitral valve repair surgery to Hong Kong once our facilities are fully equipped, to benefit dogs in Hong Kong.

In the future, we will find opportunities to share more details about the surgery with everyone, so you can have a better understanding. If you are interested in learning more about the surgery, you can also make an appointment for a consultation.
