🌿 給愛茶的您： 如果您愛喝茶，卻對茶一無所知, 這門課程將為您開啟探索茶世界的奇妙旅程。
我們經驗豐富的專業茶老師將帶領您進行三小時的茶探索：
🍵 體驗內容： 了解茶葉的六大分類，以及影響茶湯風味至關重要的茶與水的關係 (水溫、水質、比例等)。這是一次結合傳統與實務的細膩探索。

Are you a tea lover who knows nothing about tea? Perfect! This introductory course is designed to open your journey into the vast and fascinating world of tea.
Join our highly experienced Tea Master for a 3-hour tea journey
🍵 What You’ll Learn: Delve into the Six Major Categories of Tea and the essential principles of The Relationship Between Tea and Water (covering temperature, quality, and proportion). It’s a mindful exploration of tradition and craftsmanship, tailored for beginners and enthusiasts alike.

Walking along this view every morning reminds us how incredibly lucky we are. It’s hard to believe this lush, green escape—with its clean river and rolling hills—is our village, right here in Hong Kong!
Our farm is more than just a place to grow food; it’s a happy place for everyone. It’s our little slice of paradise, open to the whole community. We feel so grateful to be part of this beautiful village.
