今次主角叫黑啤，係一隻兩歲貓仔🐈‍⬛

發現過程：
有日主人發現黑啤嘅牙肉變得異常紅腫👹食慾不振，懷疑黑啤有口炎，於是立即帶佢嚟我哋醫院求診。

經過醫生檢查後，確診為口炎👄並建議黑啤進行全口剝牙手術，以完全消除口腔痛楚，避免影響進食✅

術後護理：
手術後第一日，黑啤已經回復返正常食慾🍖
手術後頭兩星期，黑啤需要進食濕糧
第三星期，當傷口完全康復後，黑啤就開始恢復正常飲食啦🥩🍗🥚

8️⃣細心留意綠色閥門🟢

【貓貓小知識の究竟我隻貓肥唔肥？！】

好多主人帶貓貓睇醫生時👨🏼‍⚕️，經常會問到：「我隻貓會唔會太肥或者太瘦？」😼其實，我哋可以透過身體狀態評分（BCS）嚟判斷貓貓嘅健康狀況。

💡BCS體態評分指標：

🔺BCS 1-3：過瘦
- 可以直接見到肋骨，腹部凹陷，側躺時似沙漏⏳

🔹BCS 4-5：適中
- 見不到但能夠摸到肋骨，側躺時有腰身，線條平順

🔺BCS 6-9：過肥
- 見不到亦摸不到肋骨，腹部明顯突起、下垂，側躺時腰身突出

肥嘟嘟嘅貓貓🐖雖然可愛，但過肥其實會導致唔少健康問題，例如心臟病🫀、關節病🦵🏼、糖尿病、癌症等。而且，如果需要手術，肥胖仲會增加麻醉嘅風險𠻹！

【個案分享の鼻竇炎手術】(Scroll down For English version)

小夫，一隻年約3歲嘅東方短毛貓，曾經歷FIP腹膜炎同自發性肝炎🙀 經歷鬼門關令小夫身體變得差，隨後不幸患上慢性鼻竇炎😿
雖然每次沖鼻能夠短暫緩解，但病症總係不停復發👃🏻

上圖係小夫CT照片，正常情況下鼻竇部分應該呈黑色（綠圈），代表充滿空氣，而左邊呈灰暗（紅圈），表示鼻竇長期發炎及受細菌感染🦠，導致鼻竇充滿膿液

同醫生商討後，主人決定俾小夫接受鼻竇炎手術。

SiuFu, a 3-year-old Oriental Shorthair cat, who has gone through the ordeal of FIP peritonitis and spontaneous hepatitis. After surviving a life-threatening situation, SiuFu's health deteriorated, leading to the unfortunate development of chronic sinusitis. Despite temporary relief after each sinus irrigation, the symptoms kept recurring.

In the image above is SiuFu's CT scan. In a healthy scenario, the sinuses should appear black (green circle), indicating air-filled cavities. However, the left side appears greyish (red circle), indicating long-standing inflammation and bacterial infection, resulting in the sinuses being filled with pus.

After consulting with the doctor, the decision was made for SiuFu to undergo sinusitis surgery. The successful procedure effectively cleared most of the impurities and involved the injection of a special solution to inhibit bacterial growth. 有一日毛毛突然脾氣暴躁，尾垂低，主人仲發現地下有血跡🩸一睇驚覺毛毛嘅肛門下方位置潰爛😨所以馬上帶佢睇獸醫🏥

經醫生檢查後，毛毛嘅肛門腺閉塞，加上受感染引致發炎、潰爛撕裂🐱

治療方法：
