Casa Cani was founded with one goal in mind-to provide premier care to animals while their owners are away. Our pet care is a client based service business, which requires a deep level of trust and responsibility along with our passion and love for all animals. We strive to develop a relationship with each of our pet owners as well as their pets, for the utmost comfort on all ends. Casa Cani will

maintain your pets’ daily routine-whether it’s short walks, long runs, dog parks, beaches or even car rides with their heads out the window. Our number one goal is provide comfort for both you and your pet by filing it with passion and love. Michelle Nelson is the owner and operator of Casa Cani and a lifelong animal lover and owner. Michelle comes from an animal passionate family and throughout her life she has owned and cared for many dogs, cats, birds, rodents, turtles, iguanas, fish and even a squirrel. Her family adopted their first rescue when she was in high school, which was a brindle Boxer named Nikki. At that moment, she knew that Boxers were her love, dogs were her passion, and she’d always rescue dogs. Michelle’s step father was a Marine Corps Military Police veteran and a K9 Sergeant at the local Sheriff’s office. His passion for all animals were just as strong as theirs; Michelle clearly remembers being in the car with him, when he stopped traffic on the local highway due to an injured raccoon. They waited with the injured raccoon until local animal services arrived, all while blocking off traffic lanes. His working dog was K9 Sabre a Hungarian Sheppard, which was Nikkis’ best friend. Michelle lost both of her furry babies on the same day in 2005; from then on rescue dogs have filled her life and her home. Upon Michelle’s family’s arrival in Guam, her passion for the animals was quickly brought into full force. She immediately realized the need for her services within the community- a passionate, loving and affordable option for pet owners to have security when they’re in need of pet services. Whether pet owners are away on business, pleasure, for a short day, or for several days Casa Cani can fulfill yours and your pets’ specific needs, each on an individual basis.
