We focus on urgent cases and currently work closely with the family-run shelter Chuchotenango near Antigua 🇬🇹.

What we like most about traveling… is meeting the locals. 🐾

And in Guatemala, the locals often have four legs, wagging tails, and the biggest hearts.

Some of them are just passing by.
Some stay for a moment.

And some end up changing your life completely.
Not every street dog needs rescuing —
but many do. And those are the ones we try to help.

Until then, we’ll keep stopping for every wag, every look, every little connection along the way.

Not every street dog has a difficult past.
And not every rescued dog is “broken.”

One of the biggest misconceptions is that street dogs are somehow “damaged” or harder to love.

But the truth is:

Most of them are just waiting for a chance to show who they really are.

A chance to feel safe.
