Our gorgeous 5 year old Standardbred x Andalusian !
Dias at his second dressage competition , very pleased with his behaviour and got some great marks for his canter, walk and side movements 🎉
Trotting still needs work but we do have a two beat . And got some 6s🙏
For people ho don’t know standardbred and pacers have more than 3 paces . Dias has 5 paces so it’s all about getting him to use the correct paces and not pop in to tolt from trot or pacing from canter . However one of the judges yesterday didn’t even know that pacer can canter 🙄 and that they are born pacers not trained ! Thats the level of our horses education unfortunately and thats affiliated dressage . God help us 🙏😂
