Our Story
Our groomer Anna Khasapi (Groomer Anna Khasapi) is certificated veterinary doctor. She has more than 10 years of professional pet grooming/styling experience. She completed a Professional Dog Grooming Course in the MILORD Grooming Academy, Moscow. Anna's friendly caring personality is very contagious and you will find that she is very personable and caring. We do NOT use sedation for the grooming. All our pet clients are handled with patience and understanding, regardless of temperament. But sedation grooming available if the owner of the animal insists – in the cases if the animal is too much nervous or aggressive. UV Sterilizers are used for all grooming tools. By UV sterilizing scissors, blades, brushes and combs between appointments, threat of bacterial cross-contamination is eliminated. We always use the very best quality shampoos, specifically designed for use on animals. Our wide selection ensures we will have a quality shampoo suitable for your pet's skin & coat type. We never use any shampoos or detergents that are not produced for animal use. We will ensure that customer service is to the highest possible standard, whilst always ensuring that the animal's welfare and health comes first.
