H Mαριάνθη ασχολείται με τη Δημιουργική Ζαχαροπλαστική απο το 2010. Ξεκίνησε τη καριέρα της σαν σχεδιάστρια υφασμάτων, έχοντας φοιτήσει στο North Staffordshire University της Αγγλίας, Σχεδιασμό Τυπωμένων Υφασμάτων και ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές της με ένα μεταπτυχιακό στο Royal College of Art του Λονδίνου επάνω σε τεχνικές σχεδίασης και εκτυπωσης υφασμάτων.

Η ζαχαροπλαστική είναι η μεγάλη της αγάπη και εφαρμόζει τεχνικές και ιδέες επάνω σε ζαχαρόπαστα.
