🧡 Spitz & Pomeranian Facts You NEED to Know!🐾

While they might look similar, they are 2 separate breeds, with pretty similar characteristics and grooming requirements. Poms & Spitz might be small, but their fluffy coats are BIG on personality! ✨ Here’s what every parent should know:

🦁 Double-Coated Beauty– These breeds have a thick undercoat and a longer outer coat that protects them from heat, cold, and even sunburn.

✂️ Never Shave a Pom or Spitz!– Shaving can permanently damage their coat and may lead to alopecia (coat not growing back properly). This also applies to the popular Boo style haircut, which cuts too deep into the undercoat and can cause irreversible coat damage. Instead, opt for regular brushing and light trims to keep them looking their best!
