Father, I acknowledge that I have lived in sin and I need your forgiveness. I need you more than anything else in the world, so today I declare that I give my life to Jesus Christ so that He may be my only Lord and Savior and I break any bond I have with the world, the flesh and the darkness. Jesus, pour out your blood over my life and cleanse me of all my sins; fill me with your Spirit of love and restore my communion with you. Turn me into the person you want me to be and straighten my paths. From this day on, I make a covenant with you, to belong to you till the end of my life. In JESUS name I pray, Amen.
