Young German Shepherd in Need of a Caring Home

We are seeking a committed and experienced owner for a young, spayed German Shepherd who would thrive as the only dog in the household.

She is affectionate and loyal with people, though she may be a little shy at first. She is reactive around other dogs, so her ideal home would be with someone confident in managing this behaviour and continuing her training journey.

Her current pet insurance policy may be transferable to her new family, offering peace of mind for the future.

This is a deeply difficult decision for her current owners, so we kindly ask that only serious enquiries be made.

🤩 Congratulations to kate and Sean with some littler helpers too (sometimes!) - Kaiden, charlotte, Ella, Olivia and Brandon with Luna (GSD x Husky x Border Collie) 🤩
🐾 Luna has recently finished her puppy training course and she did so well. Luna is not very food motivated and so we utilised her love to play and have fusses and attention. Everyone in the household now understands more about how to communicate with her and they all try and be consistent with their body language. She struggled with her crate to start with but with perseverance she now sees it as a safe space. On walks she is very intersted in other dogs so we have worked on play and interaction to help her stay with her pack and not run off. Luna wants to please and with lots of praise she is continuing to learn and thrive. Well done!🐾

🤩 Congratulations to Bill and Angela with Toffee (mini Australian Labradoodle) 🤩
🐾 Toffee has been a star with training and just finished her puppy sessions, a quick learner who has very devoted new doggie parents. She keeps them on their toes with the occasional ‘borrowing’ of items! But she is getting better at bringing her toys and does love to please. Toffee’s lead walking has improved loads and her confidence with the traffic is so much better. She loves running off lead and listens well to her recall command. Toffee is also trying to help Angela and Bill’s grandson to have more confidence and she likes doing her tricks for him and playing search games with him. A keen pup with lots of energy but she has also learnt really well to settle. Well done!🐾

🤩 Congratulations to Eileen with Badger (Border Terrier)and big brother Fennel (Border Terrier) 🤩
🐾 Badger is a gorgerous pup who is busy and excitable but very quick to learn. We worked on home based things like toilet training, settling in the crate and how he interacts with Fennel, as well as many other things. Badger was very motivated by food, toys and fusses making training such fun for everyone. We did sessions with just Badger and some with both him and Fennel, this meant that we could focus on Badger and then work on how they can be handled together. It was so great seeing how Badger took everything in and loved showing off his basic commands, walking nicely on the lead and not straying far from Eileen when off lead. Well done!🐾

🤩 Congratulations to Adaliz and Giovanna and extended family Marilu, Mauro, Valentina and Maunzio with Charlie (Cavapoo)🤩
🐾 Charlie is a bundle of tiny but mightiness, so cute but wanting to be doing all the time. He finished his puppy course last week. This busy character wanted to meet and greet everyone, being so cute meant lots of people wanted to do just that - we needed to help him learn that he couldn’t greet everyone and when he did - he did it appropriately. He was a quick study and with the family’s help he can ignore people and he is so much better with dogs too. The whole family got involved in training sessions - which was great because Charlie had everyone helping him get it right. He can do some cool tricks and all his basic commands. We worked on grooming and handling as Charlie (being so little) felt it was a bit overwhelming but he can be brushed and handled all over now. Well done!🐾

Small group class starting Tuesday 17th June 7.30pm (a couple of spaces left!) 6 x sessions - outside and inside work.
