Introducing Buffy, our newest addition to GBG Cats!

Buffy is just four months old so will not be joining the GBG Cats queens until 2027.

She is a British Shorthair like many of our GBG Cats (except Kiri, who is a British Longhair) but her gorgeous colouring is known as “Seal Colourpoint”. She is very pretty and has blue eyes! Quite similar to Siamese in colouring but with the classic British Shorthair body type and disposition.

She has a lovely sassy personality and is very friendly, affectionate and has a purr volume that belies her modest size!! 😺

Numerically, Buffy replaces our beloved Marilyn whom we sadly lost last August. 😿

Drum roll,….pregnant paws!!😺😹 GBG Cats are expecting!…

Nova and Sansa are expecting kittens. Nova is very pregnant and could deliver in the next few weeks and Sansa will likely deliver in May. Im hoping Sansa will deliver another chocolate coloured kitten, or two, as they are much in demand.
Please, no messages asking to reserve until they have arrived and are at least a month old. We will send updates and photos over the coming weeks.

Please help find Sansa.

❤️REUNITED❤️
Sansa is missing. She is female, British Shorthair, chocolate, she is microchipped. She was last seen on 12 January 2026 at Paris Street/St George’s Esplanade/Les Amballes, St Peter Port. Please check any sheds, garages and outbuildings. Sansa very rarely ventures from her garden, so it’s possible she may have lost her bearings. Her owner is very worried and we would love to see Sansa reunited with her family 🐾

Sansa is home and reunited with her humans and fellow cats and family dog. My heartfelt thanks to everyone that helped in our numerous searches.

Update: for the last hour or so a cat has been responding to my calling Sansa’s name from the bottom of Paris St. It definitely sounds like her meow but its not possible to say exactly where she is. A lovely lady helped me walk around the botton of Paris St and could hear her too. Please can all those living in the last five buildings towards the seafront of Paris St please check your courtyards, gardens and outbuildings?

Sansa has been lost in the St Georges Esplanade, Paris St, Les Amballes area since 4.30 pm on Monday 12 January.
Please check your gardens and out buildings for her. She rarely strays far from our garden so may not know her way back if she has gone elsewhere!
Please help us locate her. She is much loved by us all including our other cats and dog. 🐶
Anyone with information about her please DM.

Hi All and Happy New Year - To all those enquiring about GBG Cats and news of future kittens:

There won’t be any further litters until around April 2026 as my beautiful British Shorthair and Longhair female cats are enjoying a well deserved break from motherhood and are enjoying regaining their health and condition.
As soon as any pregnancies are confirmed I will issue a FB notice.

Any one wishing to reserve a kitten or kittens should wait until I issue a post announcing a new litter has arrived and can then complete the form and pay the deposit to reserve a kitten/s.
Not long now… 😸

Thanks, Georgie

Further to my post last weekend. These are the last two kittens from Kiri and Sansa’s litters.
They are ready to leave now being 11 weeks old having had all their health checks, inoculations, and been microchipped.
They are both pedigree British Longhair and adorable. So easy to care for and no more trouble than their shorthair siblings.
Ideally, we would like them to go together as they have been raised together, but if you can give either a home please get in touch.
Please message Georgie at GBG Cats😺

GBG Cats are pleased to showcase Marilyn’s first litter of kittens.

Sadly, only two survived from the original five kittens, but they are the most beautiful and delightful kittens we’ve ever seen, so much so, we have considered keeping them!

They are both pedigree BLH like their mother, but they are the first litter of kittens to show a previously unseen element of Milos DNA profile (our handsome male stud) in that they have tort markings. The kittens have extraordinary pretty tortoise coats with one being shades of lilac and blue (grey) leopard spots and the other, an attractive silver/ dark silver against white background.

They are currently just 7 weeks old, but we couldn’t resist sharing their playful antics in this video with you.

In due course we shall be looking for a very special home for them where they can both continue to grow up together.

GBG Cats- Pedigree BSH & BLH Kittens Available

GBG Cats are delighted to announce the availability of two litters of pedigree BSH and BLH kittens from Sansa and Kiri. Known as the “teddy bears” of the feline world, these gorgeous pedigree kittens have been home bred from our magnificent male Lilac British Shorthair (Milo).

They were born around a week apart so have grown up together with both mothers often nursing kittens from either litter! 😻

Whilst a few of the seven kittens are already reserved the remainder are available to adopt.

Please note that I am dispensing with the current wait list since it has proven problematic and very time consuming to manage. I am replacing it with a “Deposit Paid Waitlist” for all the truly committed cat lovers out there.

Also available because of issues with the old waitlist, is one of Bella’s lilac BSH female kittens (known informally as “Pinky” for her pink collar) who was reserved for four weeks, but through no fault of her own was not then adopted. She is totally adorable and looking for her new family. She was born on 11 July, so is now four months old instead of the usual 3 months old that our kittens are adopted.

All our pedigree kittens are provided with :
- [ ] Both their initial set of inoculations
- [ ] Wormed from 8 weeks
- [ ] Microchipped
- [ ] Fully weaned on high quality wet and dry foods
- [ ] Litter trained
- [ ] Scratch post trained
- [ ] Registration books
- [ ] Full health check by Isabelle Vets
- [ ] Goody bag of food samples, kitten information and toys
- [ ] Support from GBG Cats whenever you need it.

These kittens were born and are raised in our family with love and care. They are used to normal family noises and the presence of children and other cats, including the family dog!

A deposit of £200 is asked to reserve the kitten of your choice, or alternatively, they can be viewed and collected on the same
day.

These are natural house cats (although they can be allowed outdoors where security is assured) and make superb affectionate pets.

Please note we require all adoptees to sign an agreement to ensure that all kittens are spayed or neutered at around 9 months.

Please call Georgie at GBG Cats to arrange a visit and to meet the parent cats and your
chosen kitten. Mobile 07781 138280.

Don’t delay these kittens are in high demand! 😻

UPDATE: ONLY THE BLH KITTENS NOW REMAINING. Photos 2, 4 and 7. BLH are easy to care for and tend to be more affectionate than BSH!
