A big day for two of our 4-year-olds as they made their debut at The Grange for their first BD show! Both horses were absolute stars — calm, focused, and showing so much promise for the future. 🌟
Huge well done to Leah Cornish for piloting them so beautifully. Excited for what’s ahead! 💫🐴

We're looking for one or two horses to join the stunning youngsters from Newton Stud for Freddy Steele and Jason Webb to work with at the The Horse Education Company Paddock to. Performance Evening Demo on 30th October...
Our ideal "candidates" are;
👌Young competition horses (any discipline)
👌Might be a little spooky or bargy on the ground
👌May be inexperienced in competition environments
👌But don't have any "major" ridden issues!
👌Can be at the venue from 5pm (stable available)

⭐️ Foal Friday ⭐️ (sort of!)

Massive congratulations to Mari Durward-Akhurst and Athene Lindebjerg on another incredible performance at the Para Dressage European Championships. They have taken the Grade 1 individual bronze medal and have helped team GBR into silver medal position after day one of team competition!

Athene lived here as a broodmare for several years and produced foals by Danone and Fidertanz. Her filly by Fidertanz, Newton Fortuna (pictured below as a foal) is currently available for sale and can be viewed on our new sales page 🐴

Our rider Leah Cornish and Dream Boy Junior both thrilled after their 4 year old test at the The British Hanoverian Horse Society show this week ⭐️🥈

Our 4 year old boys were such a pleasure at the The British Hanoverian Horse Society annual show.

For both of them it was their first competition and they both handled it with such ease. They contested in the 4 year old ridden class and came home with a 2nd and 3rd 🥈🥉

Dream Boy Junior piloted by Leah Cornish, really wowed the judges. Earning 8.5 for his huge canter! He was bought as a 2 year old and we are really impressed by his easy going attitude and talent⭐️

And our homebred Newton Jenga showed himself like a professional. Ridden by Alex Baker. He is by Jovian out of our Newton Freya, had some great comments and earned many over 8 scores on his scoresheet 🌸

We are really excited about the future of both of these geldings. Both showing huge promise with their trainable, unflappable nature and dressage talent.

⭐️ Foal Friday ⭐️

This week we went for our yearly outing to The British Hanoverian Horse Society annual show and what a fabulous time we had!

Two of our lovely young horses came with us to contest the 4yo class, stay tuned over the weekend to find out how they did.

Our chosen foal to compete this year was the beautiful Newton Quintessential, or Queen to her friends and a Queen is exactly what she was!

Out of an exceptionally strong class of 11 filly foals, she was crowned Champion Filly. She then came back for the foal championship and went on to be crowned Supreme Champion Foal🥇🏆

We were absolutely delighted with her performance ,she was cool and collected from start to finish, showcasing her fantastic talent and temperament ❤️

Thankyou so much to everyone at BHHS for putting on another lovely show. It was fabulous to see so many high quality horses being showcased, many of which were British bred. We had a very long list of ones we would have liked to take home!

Congratulations to Demi Howard-Cartwright and Newton Astro Nascente on their team bronze and super individual performance. 🥉🏆

Demi-Howard Cartwright and Lorna Wilson's Newton Astro Nascente score another ace 68.470%, with a lovely performance in the Junior Individual test 😁

The future is certainly bright for this combination, with Demi doing a great job of showing nine-year-old 'Anton' his first European Championships 🌟

We have had some incredible sunsets so far this summer and this one provided the perfect lighting for Via, look at that mane 🔥🔥😍
