Don't forget the summer beach restrictions are now in force on the east coast. Still lots of lovely beaches you can visit with your pooch, but some to avoid:

The summer beach exclusion zones are back in place on some of East Yorkshire's beaches, so before you head out with your four-legged friend, it's worth checking the signage at Bridlington North Beach, Bridlington South Beach, Hornsea and Withernsea.

The good news? There are still plenty of beaches where dogs are welcome all year round, including Flamborough North Landing, Danes D**e, Fraisethorpe and Mappleton, so no one's missing out 🐶🌊
