"Alison and Ian were great: friendly and keen to ensure that they knew everything about our dog's usual routine so they could make her stay as relaxing as possible. Only problem: I had to chase her to get her harness on when we went to pick her up as she was having such a good time she wasn't sure she wanted to come home!"
