A quick update from the team at Merlin Equestrian HQ!

🏥 You couldn’t make this up if you tried! Following a medical issue with our repair lady a few weeks ago, meaning time off needed, Ruth, my right hand lady, rug washer, labeller, velcro cleaner, driver (and the rest) had a fall last Tuesday, breaking a bone in her foot - then another fall off her horse yesterday, breaking her collar bone!(The things she does to get out of those velcros 🤣 - also she is now banned from riding her horses on Tuesdays 🤣)!!

Consequently this means we are running on skeleton staff at the minute BUT PLEASE REST ASSURED - rugs are being cleaned and dried as normal, and as soon as I’m home this weekend I’ll be back on it to get them back to you ASAP!

Please join me to wish Ruth and Netty to get well soon! Thank you all for your understanding and patience - the busiest time of the year, but hopefully the only time of the year you’re not in a rush for the rugs back!

A quick service update from Ruth and Laura here at Merlin Equestrian HQ!

Winter rugs are piling through the door - we love this time of year, when the washers are non stop!

We wanted to update you on our repairs - due to one of my repair ladies being taken poorly a few weeks ago, we have a slight backlog on repairs. We endeavour to get this caught up, and we thank you for your patience - whilst this is totally out of our control, please do rest assured we are working hard behind the scenes to make sure this doesn’t continue!

We are washing like mad - so those rugs in for cleaning or cleaning and proofing (not requiring repairs) will be on our usual turnaround - if your batch require repairs we will hold onto all rugs to deliver back as one BUT if you need them back sooner, please do let us know and we will arrange this!!

THANK YOU for your understanding - I think this is the second time in 14 years we have had a delay, so I don’t think we have done too badly 💪🏼
