Our examiners recently stopped this privately used 🐴

The driver had misinterpreted the exemptions for using a and were not recording their as required for this 18000kg horse box ⌚

They were also driving with a C1 licence, so they were not legally allowed to drive a vehicle this size.
The driver was reported to the police for the licence offence and issued a prohibition for the drivers’ hours offence.

The passenger in the vehicle had the correct licence requirements, so took over the driving and they continued their journey.
