Reggie is an 11yr old ROR eligible 16.2hh gelding, he finished his racing career at 3yrs old after 2 races due to his lack of speed and has since turned his hooves to jumping, schooling, happy hacking and even pleasure rides/fun rides!

With his current rider Reggie has mainly hacked and schooled and been on pleasure rides and fun rides proving to be a sane and sensible ride!

With previous owner Reggie has done some jumping and arena hires etc showing scope and confidence

Reggie is typically more woah than go but has the ability to step up when asked of! He thrives off having a job and genuinely loves his work! He’s the type of horse you can leave a few days and jump back on, but as you can understand he is a thoroughbred and on the very odd occasion can have an excited moment! Nothing sinister or unseating!

Reggie has been a much loved family horse for the best part of the last 3 years and it’s only due to unforeseen rider circumstances that unfortunately he is offered for sale, this is no fault of his own! He lives out with others, travels well and is up to date with physio, farrier, vacs etc

He previously has kissing spines but has had this operated on and has made a full recovery and has had years of fun adventures since! He’s sound happy and ready to crack on with his new rider!

Due to circumstances Reggie has had some time off with the odd hack here and there and we’re putting feelers out to see if there’s interest before we bring him back into full work as he will be based with a BD youth rider and as work and time is put into him the £ will increase!

Unfortunately unforeseen circumstances mean I will soon be offering my beautiful Dundee for ⛵️

He’s seen abit of the world so far but has low milage due to my circumstances but at his age and size is that really a bad thing?? I don’t think so!

He hacks alone or in company and is super with traffic and open spaces etc

Lives alone or in a herd stabled or out he’s not bothered if others leave him or if he’s left in the field till last!

He schools nicely in walk trot canter and now he’s back in work he’ll only get stronger! He’s a quick learner and really absorbs what you teach him

He’s seen poles and jumps has loose jumped showing huge scope but it’s not my disapline so he hasn’t done any more, but I’ve done a few pole sessions ans he’s really taken too it

He’s been to arena hires indoor and outdoor with and without mirrors and flags and banners etc he’s proved a very brave horse!

I’ve had him in a trailer and a horsebox no problems and he travels well! I take him on my own usually if I’m going anywhere!

Doesn’t even need a headcollar on to clip him he just stands there 🤣 and good for the farrier!

His breeding is outstanding! He’s by donier out of a sir calypso mare, his passport boasts names such as Gribaldi, totilas, ferro etc but that little bit of jumping blood doesn’t go unnoticed with his incredible scope over a fence and his bravery!

The more I do with him the more his 💰 will increase but if the right home comes along I will sadly see him go 😢
