A Note from My Heart 💔🐾

To all my wonderful dog walking families,

I want to take a moment to share something very personal, and I hope you’ll read this with the love it’s written with.

Many of you have kindly asked me how Rolo is doing lately, and I’m so grateful for your care. But it breaks my heart every time I have to say it out loud... I lost my beautiful boy Rolo back in April. I did let everyone know further down the page however I think some people are still not aware..

He was my absolute best friend, my shadow, and the reason I started this little dog-walking journey in the first place. Rolo wasn’t just my dog, he was family, and a big part of this business. I know many of your pups adored him too and he thoroughly loved all of them and joining them on our dog walking adventures.

It’s been incredibly hard, and I’m still healing. I haven’t been able to talk about it much until now. But I wanted to let you all know in one place, so I don’t have to keep reliving that moment every time someone lovingly asks.

I’ve made a short memorial video in his honor.. if you'd like to see a glimpse of the special soul he was, I’ve shared it below. 🐾💫

Thank you so much for understanding, for your continued support, and for letting me love and care for your dogs even as I grieve mine.

Hi all, kirsty here 👋
Just to let you all know, I dont just take care of your furbaby doggos, I have wide experience in a majority of animals & much loved pets. I offer check ins to help care for these whilst your away or working.
I love them all, only thing I'm a little scared of is tarantulas & snakes... but still do my best.
I'm also hoping to offer a boarding placement for small furries soon, allowing owners to drop off to me to care for them. - this is much easier when it's regarding hamsters, mice, ferrets, guinea pigs & rabbits. Keeping the costs a little lower than travelling to owners home.
I however cannot take other dogs due to loosing rolo & having Cooper at home he's now adjusted to being the top dog of the house. So where I can help I will. Some pictures of my animal friends who I've come to love just like my own & some of my own family members included 😘

Just a reminder to all my fabulous customers, during the summer season if I believe it to be too hot outside when dog walks have been booked these will not go ahead.. instead I can alter to a check in & playtime with your furbaby to offer exercise & refresh their water bowls. I wouldn't like to think your furbaby suffers with heatstroke if walked in high tempretures. We can take our coats off whereas they can't. So thank you for understanding 🙏

Please be respectful at this painfully awful time. I lost my cherished rolo recently 😢

Rolo had spent 15 years by my side & trying to get use to life without him is just a pain I wouldn't wish on any owner, the love I had for him was so big I couldn't describe it, he was my everything & taught me so much 💔

What does your pet sitting fee include? Why are you against kennels?
I've sat in kennels with animals & see what it can do to them & how I've felt inside one supporting a rescue dog... it isn't nice. So I sit in owners home to keep the pet comfortable & familiar in their surroundings, reducing stress & limiting any anxiety.

My fees change due to the sitting situation... the quotes are tailored round the time & duration your pet needs.

My service isn't just a sit in service... I provide love & comfort to all animals in an above & beyond approach, keeping their routines as normal as possible.. if they sleep on the bed with you... they're sleeping on the bed with me.. if they don't like to be left alone.. they're coming with me throughout the day, as that is what I'd expect if somebody was taking care of any of my animals no matter how big or small. They become my family too. ❤️ this also includes feeding, interactive boards with treats & upto 3 walks a day.

I also take on any duties within the home such as plants needing to be watered, animal clean outs, bins emptying, fridge emptied off wasted food, post organisation, parcel collection & upon leaving I give the house a spring clean for when owners return, I also offer a back home service... such as shopping for groceries to be in your cupboards & fridge when you return home for just the cost of the total of goods. Giving you a hassle free experience.

I update owners frequently throughout the day, however they never need to reply to me as understand they are working away, on holiday or visiting family.

I keep the key & return the key the following day should the travel arrangements be delayed I can still access your pet in the event of an emergency. I always allow extra time incase of flight delays or transport issues.
