All year track around the 30 acres to exercise on which leads out onto bridle paths. Jumping paddock for summer use, secure tack rooms, rug room, trailer and lorry parking available. All year turnout and all fields are post and rail with electric fencing throughout. We are located 1 mile from the A140 and 5miles from the A143 so easy to get to venues.
