A further update: we now have a fixed date for reopening on 19th July, and so will be happy to welcome your doggies from then!
There are a few fun changes to be aware of... much like everyone else we have had to look at ways we can minimise crossover between people coming from different places whilst 'under our watch', and so please note the following:
Payment will be due at drop-off rather than collection- we will accept cash if it is correct in an envelope, and card payments. We will sanitise the key pad between each use, and there will be hand sanitiser available for your use also. As the reception is a somewhat smaller indoor space we will have to have an awkward in and out routine between staff and customers during payment, so please wait outside while the card machine is set up.
We are also going to give drop-offs and collections a specific time in which to come so that we avoid any pile up of customers at the same time- with all the additional sanitary precautions everything will take a bit longer these days, and we don't want these to be rushed. When you book/ at some point before your arrival I will agree a specific time with you for both drop-off and collection- please do stick to this
To minimise handing of items between staff and customers we request that only one bed or blanket is brought, and no toys. You may bring your dog/s on a lead but we will retrieve them on one of our own slip leads.
