I've not posted for a while sorry, but had to post this. It is a personal thing and it's to make people aware of what my sister and Fred's children have gone through the past 2 yrs.
They have been let down by the police and something needs to be done. Please share so we can get some justice for for Fred.

after 2 years of a living nightmare someone has finally listened to us and some sort of acknowledgement and accountability for what really happened 💔 which is all now in the public domain for all to see that are all FACTS.
No family should of had to endure what we have, not only did our dad get taken away from us by a pathetic, lying, cowardly excuse of a human we as a family have had to fight for this outcome and North Wales Police should hang their heads in shame for their lack of investigation who have let us down MASSIVELY, if it wasn’t for my sisters tenacity they wouldn’t of had any evidence she literally knocked every door and got every piece of cctv not 1 was collected by the police and she even had to send them back to the first witness on the scene weeks later because they hadn’t taken a statement 🤦🏽♂️
This is only just scratching the surface and the police reports and pathology reports that we’ve had to request to again get some sort of justice for my Dad is something we as a family should of never ever had to read or do.
So let’s start - this is a 20mph road and this incident apparently consists of a 20mph blow and doesn’t warrant even going to cps according to north wales police.
37 different injuries including :
A broken neck
Fractured skull (shattered into 4 pieces)
Peace of skull missing completely from his body
Every single rib broken
Traumatic disruption of the lung
Torn heart
Numerous Lacerations to the liver
C1 &C2 break (considered the most severe spinal cord injuries)
Femur bone broken
Thoracic vertebrae seperation
Broken pelvis
And the list goes on and on
With a total of 5 which would of killed him instantly 💔😢
Witness statements to say they heard an almighty bang with the impact waking people up from 100s of meters away with 4 different witnesses hearing the same loud bang but in the drivers statement apparently he would of thought he just went over a pot hole.
Another witness statement to say they heard the car speeding past the house going at least 50mph
Drivers original first 2 accounts (under caution and the first witness on the scene) he saw someone from the forks which is 54meters away then after speaking to his solicitors conveniently changes his story in his 2nd interview then 3rd interview goes no comment 😶😏
With the main point of contact the right femur and my dad walking up the hill which would of been his left hand side that would suggest he’s heard the same speeding car coming towards him that the witness heard on the wrong side of the road which has resulted in him facing the car that has hit him hip height on the right hand side launching him into the wall and killing him instantaneously.
This man has tried to lie to people and suggest this was an accident or even possibly my dads fault, not once has he attempted to apologise or show any remorse towards our family instead he’s tried to worm his way out of it and if it wasn’t for our determination this would of been brushed under the carpet and gone on record as an accident if it was left to the police.
This is only half of our shocking story and only a glimpse of what we’ve had to go through these last 2 years. But now the truth is out there and people can see what really happened to my Dad.
So can I ask if everyone can please read this article, and share this far and wide so our story can be heard even louder and a new thorough investigation can be done and some sort of justice for my Dad who was just walking home from a night out WE ARE NOW HIS VOICE ❤️
