Well i cannot believe we are nearly at the end of march, where have the months gone???
Few things....

Please give us some notice for apps as we have a a few things coming up there for the shop hours will differ.
Also please give plenty of notice when possible on cancellations. Any no shows will be asked to come in and pay for the next appointment beforehand with a no-show charge, the amount of people not showing up for appointments lately is shocking.
One more thing, can we please try and make sure dogs have been to the toilet before they come in to be groomed, any dog that has to be re-bathed due to this there will be an extra charge.
As you can appreciate this along with cleaning up messes etc puts us behind on each dog then throughout the day,

Hey all,

Just added it up n I only have 23 work days left before our Christmas break 😱
I can't believe how quickly this year has gone and I'm incredibly happy to have a busy worklife and so so greatful to every single 1 of my furry visitors xx
Nearly 14 years of kaceys k9s n still as busy as ever doing what makes me happy 😊 xx
