Laurel Grange will be at Overton fete tomorrow 27th June between 1-4pm judging the dog show. Come and see us at our stall where we will having our premium dog food for sale!! Can’t wait to see you all and your fur babies 🩷

To our valued customers-

Now our busy season has begun we would just like to remind you of our T&C’s.

🐾 Out of hours drop off and collection will incur a surcharge equal to an additional day boarding. Picking up or dropping off before 9am need’s to be pre-approved by one of our staff members.

🐾 No refund’s will be given for early collection.

🐾 Bookings cancelled within 14 days from the first day of the stay are subject to full payment of the entire booking.

🐾 Deposits are transferable but non refundable for bookings amended prior to 14 days from first day of the stay.

🐾 No refund’s will be given for pets turned away for incorrect vaccinations (please refer to our T&C’s on our website for details).

🐾 Only one customer in reception at any given time, please be courteous of other customers who arrived before you and are waiting in a queue. Please ask for permission to enter beyond reception for your safety and the safety of other dogs.

🐾 Please don’t come through the front gate if you can see there are dog’s on the front as they may be reactive to humans/dogs. Also please remember when entering and exiting please close the gate for your dog/dog’s safety.

🐾 Please check your dates for drop off/pick up when booking to ensure these are correct.

🐾 Please remember our system is live, therefore your booking requests come through to our system and we need to approve the booking, please wait for a confirmation email before booking holidays/flights/hotels as these dates aren’t secure until the booking has been approved.

🐾 A friendly reminder that we close at 5:30, we ask that latest drop off/pick up be 5:20 as we don’t want to cause disruption to dogs currently boarding with us, and also to ensure we can provide a full check in/out, discuss details of your dogs stay/ how your dogs stay has been.

🐾 Although not mandatory for all dog’s we would kindly ask that your dog wear’s a collar, especially dogs that are socialising with others as in the event of a conflict occurring staff may need to intervene.

Evening all please can we make sure everyone is on time for dropping off and picking up this week as I'm on a tight schedule with school runs/Christmas concerts etc. There have been some road closures in bangor on dee so please leave in good time just incase of any road diversions
