Cat’s Whiskers Veterinary Clinic Founded in 2010, we are an independent, feline only veterinary clinic situated in Worthing, West Sussex providing a calm environment for cats.

We are an ISFM GOLD accredited cat friendly clinic and Pet Plan Practice of the Year finalists 2020. We are a cat only veterinary clinic, exclusively membership only, on South Farm Road in Worthing, West Sussex. Consultations are by appointment only (20 or 30 minutes). We are open 5 days a week with a 24 hour emergency service. In the event of an emergency out of our opening hours please call 01903 830577

It’s definitely coming up to kitten season and yesterday we welcomed new patients, Maxi and Monty.

As a fear free clinic, it is so important that appointments are relaxed and stress free. The boys both made good use of Amanda’s treat selection and we look forward to seeing them both again in a few weeks for the next part of their kitten vaccine course.

Your cat’s comfort and welfare is our priority. A reminder that we are fully air conditioned at the clinic.

Still waiting patiently for a home - little JJ is in a desperate need of a loving owner who can give him the chance of happiness that he deserves.

We haven't received any firm interest since last posting him - and we really don't know why.

Just one year old, he is a handsome lad with the sweetest nature, once you win his trust.

Because of his past in a very crowded environment, JJ is looking for a quiet, calm home where he can relax and feel secure.

He will need to be the only pet in the household and would be best suited to an adult-only home, or one with older, calm children.

His new family need to have the time and commitment to help him build confidence and come out of his shell at his own pace.

Neutered, vaccinated and microchipped, JJ will need outdoor access, away from very busy roads.

If your 7 year old or over cat has recently been upgraded to a senior plan, you may be wondering what the benefit is?

The answer is quite a lot!

As part of a senior plan, your feline best friend is entitled to a senior health check just 6 months later. We cheekily call this an MOT as it’s a very thorough set of tests designed to flag up any potentially troublesome conditions that we commonly see in older patients.

Your cat will be invited to spend a few hours during a morning with our nursing team and will receive the following -

Blood pressure monitoring
Comprehensive blood test including thyroid test
Urine analysis
Plus of course lots of treats and cuddles.

All of this is performed fear free with as little restraint and stress as possible.
