Rabbity-Pigs Small Pet Boarding Boarding pets eg rabbits and guinea pigs and other small pets at our own home and also happy to feed pets in their homes. Run by a qualified Vet Nurse.

Small pets often get forgotten at holiday time and arrangements for who is going to feed and clean them left to the last minute, when a plea to a neighbour or relative is usually made. Take the stress out of arranging care for your little fur babies and give us a call at Rabbity-Pigs. We have a range of 4 foot and 5 foot hutches suitable for rabbits, guinea pigs, tortoises and many more pets. We a

re also happy to board hamsters, rats, gerbils etc in their own cages. I can also travel to local homes if you think your pets would be happier in their own home, I am happy to feed, clean and medicate cats and small furries in their own homes. (Within a 5 mile radius)
We would like to keep you updated on your pet's time with us and aim to post pictures of them enjoying their surroundings, a favourite treat or a cuddle. I am a qualified Veterinary Nurse with 17 years of experience working with animals. I have also kept and bred both rabbits and guinea pigs over the years. Prices (Correct July 2015)
Rabbits in double hutch £5 per day or £30 per full week. Extra rabbits sharing same hutch charged at £1 per day per rabbit. Guinea Pigs in single hutch £4 per day or £25 per full week. Extra guineas sharing the same hutch charged at £0.50 per day per guinea pig. All prices include bedding, fresh hay daily, pellet food (Burgess excel Supa Rabbit or Supa Guinea) and fresh veg / fruit daily.

As the weather is getting colder and wetter, many small animals will be left in their hutches / cages with little chance to exercise. Simple homemade toys such as these willow wreaths I made with trimmings from my garden help alleviate the boredom, it's good to have an exercise area for your pets in winter too, either in the house, in a shed or garage or in the garden when the weather allows.
