This is our weather right now.

The top roads are completely covered in snow with some slippy patches underneath as it was frosty up here first thing this morning.

The bridge behind Smiths Factory at Moresby is very slippy.
I don't know how steel Brow is looking.

Good morning.
As you can see we are white as far as the eye can see. We are completely covered in snow as are all the roads leading up to us.
Our roads do not get gritted.
If your coming with your dog or cat today please take extreme care.

Our office is manned from 9am should you wish to give us a call for an update on the surrounding roads or if you need to make any changes to your booking.

Good afternoon everyone.

Just to let you know our Appointment System is Currently available to take booking right throughout the year of 2023 onwards.

Certain types of accommodation are already booked out for certain dates, so please book as soon as possible so as to not be disappointed.

Please note we are CLOSED to Customers for Arrivals" and "Departures" of pets on the following dates;

10th April- Easter Monday
1st May - Early May Bank Holiday
8th May- Coronation of King Charles lll
29th May- Spring Bank Holiday
28th August- Summer Bank Holiday

Christmas and New Year dates vary so please contact us for details for 2023/2024

Please note that all Pets coming to stay with us must be fully Vaccinated and all Dogs require the Kennel Cough Vaccine too. (minimum of 7 days prior to arrival)
All vaccination cards must be shown on arrival.

PHONE LINE:
It seems we had problems with our phone lines this morning that we were unaware of.

I am delighted to say we are up and running as normal.

We now have a new phone system in place so that we can receive more than one call at a time, which is fantastic, however there is only Me in reception today.
So if I miss your call, please phone back in 5 minutes or so.
