***RECEPTIONIST ROLE AT HENWICK VETS***

So, we've got the most amazing team who completely deserve some downtime but as we remain as busy as we are and as we continue to grow as a business- we need an extra pair of hands to ensure everyone has their time to recoup.
The key to this role is flexibility. The candidate we are looking for must be happy with a variety of offered hours and a varied shift patterns. The role will consist of circa 23 hours, but, depending on holiday and absence amongst the team, we are looking for someone to adapt their shifts around our requirements. We would need someone to step in at late notice at times and be happy to be as flexible as they possibly can with doing this. (Please note- we are only open between 8am- 7pm, Monday to Friday and Saturday, 8am-12pm, we do not expect any out of hours work at Henwick.)
You must be able to, cope well under pressure and be fully IT literate. Teamwork is essential as well as an empathetic nature and excellent time management. In our busy surgery, the ability to multi-task and prioritise is key.
Prior experience as a Receptionist is desirable but, not imperative, full training will be given. As the face of the business and due to the sensitive nature of the job- concise communication is absolutely vital as is loyalty, discretion and compassion.
