*** We're looking to expand our Vet team - can you help us try and find our next 'fit.' ***
**PLEASE SHARE THIS POST TO ENABLE US TO REACH THAT PERSON.**

We're looking for a qualified Vet to compliment our fabulous team to keep up with our busy, fast paced and exciting Independent Practice, put our new extension of 8 consult rooms and 3 ops theatres to good use and can't wait to meet the 'right fit' for us and our values.

We put our team first, have an incredibly varied caseload, diverse surgery, clinical freedom and a hugely supportive team surrounding you.
We do our best by our patients, care for work-life balance and genuinely love what we do.

If you like to know more, please click to read our full advert, https://www.henwickvets.co.uk/vacancies/veterinary-surgeon.html

Or e-mail our Practice Manager, Anna on [email protected] - we'd love to hear from that right person.

**PLEASE SHARE- FOUND KITTEN.**
Please note, we are not looking for a new home at this stage- we are looking to reunite this little one with her owners.

We have had a female kitten brought to us this morning, unfortunately not microchipped, so we're unable to contact her owners directly.
She is around 4-6 months old, white and torti colour and was found by the Lenchford Riverside Inn in Shrawley.

If you know who's she might be or have any information, please get in contact with us.
(Please note- to reclaim her we'll need some photos that match as proof of ownership.)

Many thanks for your help in sharing this.

** PLEASE SHARE FOR US **

We've had a black, female cat handed in to us at Henwick, found at Penhill Crescent at around 5pm, she is chipped, but the microchip is not registered to anyone. She has a black felt collar on with a bell on.

We really need to speak to the owners please, if you think this could be your cat or you might know who's cat it is, please call us before 7pm at the surgery, thank you.

* UPDATE: He’s been found, thank you so much for all your help! *

This cat, Taro needs your help.
He unfortunately managed to escape from his owners and his carrier just outside the Practice just a few minutes ago.
He’s not used to the main road, so is likely hiding in a garden or hedge, please help to find him and bring him back to Henwick or alert us to his whereabouts and we can try and help.

Thank you! 🐈‍⬛

Please help us in reuniting an entire male cat to its’ owners.
He was found today by some members of the public near Worcester university, St John’s campus.
He unfortunately is not chipped but very friendly and super hungry! He is short haired and black and white, 🐈‍⬛

(Please note- we are not looking for a new home for him, just his true owners, pictures will be required to reunite them, thank you!)

We apologise for the delay in commenting publicly.
We have been understandably snowed under with enquiries and are working as hard as we can to prioritise.
We are appalled by what we have seen on social media. As soon as we were made aware of the situation; we immediately terminated our agreement with AFS.
We visited the site first thing this morning, and all our patients' ashes are safely returned with us at the surgery.
Any affected owners have been contacted individually, albeit due to our duty of care and client confidentiality, we cannot comment further.
From what we saw this morning, we are as confident as we can be that all individual cremations have been done correctly.
We are mortified at the situation we find ourselves in, and so sorry for the upset and anguish it is causing.

We will address our clients' individual concerns but, we respectfully ask we have time to do so, as soon as we are able.
