Worcestershire Animal Rescue Shelter charity dog fête 🎪🐾

Such a brilliant day on Sunday!

One of the best parts of the day for me was catching up with old clients and doggies. You probably don't realise how much on a day-to-day basis I wonder how you're getting on. I get so invested in your puppy journey and then I genuinely miss you afterwards. It was so great to see Hayley and Phoenix, Rhian and Winnie, Becky & Steve and Hugo, Jane & Brian and Toffy, Anna and Dottie (well to hear Dottie updates at least)... and loads more that I've probably forgotten 🙈

I hope all the doggies who were bought new toys and treats from me are thoroughly enjoying them.

The follow-on course for when you've finished your puppy classes. Adolescence is probably one of the most difficult times in raising your dog - you've done all the hard work puppy training and then they turn into a teenager and act like they've forgotten it all 🫠 This is the course to help!

SuperPup graduation 🥰

Congrats to this gorgeous group for finishing their teenage course. We worked hard on focus and engagement, with loads of games to remind your distracted adolescent that hanging out with you is still a good choice.

All these dogs have their various challenges, but what they have in common is the absolute best owners.

You'll know from when I get these out in my classes, I often say "don't worry if your puppy bites the cones, they have many teeth marks in them already!"... well Jet took that to the next level and fully chewed the top off one! Never trust a quiet spaniel 😂

It's very rare that he chews things not meant for him, but he must have just taken a liking (or always disliking) to this particular cone 🤷‍♀️

Cone functionality unaffected.

I've been awarded my 200 puppies badge! Two hundred little 4-pawed bundles of wobbly floof. And two hundred families, pet parents, guardians, who just want the best for their new family member. I have the best job in the world.

I love the puppies, of course, but I especially love the owners. They're putting the work in, turning up each week, doing the best for their puppies.

I couldn't possibly pick any favourites out of the 200, so here's a pic of Jet when I told him, he's not really sure what I'm on about. Puppies other than him? Best leave him in his ignorance.

Jet absolutely loves camping, can't get enough of it. After many, many trips away with him, here's my tried and tested packing list.

Myself, as a professional groomer, and Naomi, an experienced dog trainer/behaviour specialist, will be working together to support dogs who find grooming difficult.

This is designed for nervous, anxious, sensitive or reactive dogs who may struggle with brushing, bathing, nail clipping or the grooming environment.

Our goal is to rebuild trust, work at your dog’s pace, and put their emotional wellbeing first — creating a calm, positive and reassuring grooming experience through reward-based methods.

Because every dog deserves to feel safe.
