Who am I??
As I have some new followers I thought I would do a bit of a who am I post.
So hi. I’m Jenny (probably could have guessed that from the name of the page) and I run Jens agility and dog training.
I have trained dogs for many years. Specifically taking part in agility with my own dogs for over 30 years now.
I have studied applied behaviour at Southampton university.
In the past I have worked in kennels, done grooming, and worked in a pet shop while I was in college.
I have experience with a wide variety of breeds. Personally I have owned rescues and dogs from puppies. Ranging in breeds including small cross breeds, poodle crosses, terriers, collies, labradors, right up to giant newfoundlands (he did not do agility). I have experience with even more breeds in a professional capacity.
As I said I have been doing agility for 30 years with my own dogs and teaching it to others for around 10.
I currently have two border collies, one elderly retired one (my logo) and a six year old who is currently competing at grade 4.
I also have a young family at home.
Up until this week I also worked in an office (for over 17 years) and worked my training around these hours. My team has now been made redundant so I am now able to offer more hours and put all my effort into what I love - training and working with dogs.
I’m excited for this next chapter. I will be opening up my services and offering more over the coming weeks and months. So keep an eye on this page for more posts to follow.

I don’t just train agility dogs. A few years ago I trained my dogs for some film work. And tonight I trained this lovely girl for some theatre work.

Excited to be working alongside Rose and Fox Photography to produce these stunning colour photo portraits.
Next shoot is 12 October at my field in Worcester.
Cost is £60 a dog or £50 if you book multiple dogs.
