OUR STORY

Rugged and Ready is an established horse rug cleaning and repair service based in Dumbleton and operates throughout the South West/Midlands. Rugged and Ready was bought and grown by Sophie in early 2019. Sophie is from the equestrian world and has her own horses. She knows how important it is to look after your rugs and get the best performance/longest life from them.

We offer a rug cleaning, proofing and repair service and bulk collection/delivery service. We clean turnout rugs, stable rugs, bandages, boots and numnahs, as well as dog beds, coats and human coats that need to be re-proofed. We can also wash duvets and any other item that can fit into our 19kg washing machine!

All of the cleaning products we use are biodegradable and hypoallergenic and we only use Nikwax Rug Wash and Nikwax Rug Proof to maintain the water resistance on turnout rugs.
