…in the past we’ve had animal welfare petitions, nurses pay petitions, coffee mornings - in this group we aim to keep the focus on learning the structure of happiness. But please share quotes, thoughts, achievements, frustrations, great links, videos, great books and anything else helpful for others on the HAPPINEZ journey. Please feel free to add friends and family as members (remember this is a women only group). And please engage - don’t be shy # # #

Mel doesn’t like to remove people from the group, but will do if anyone continually breaks the rules or causes regular aggravation and therefore disrupts the loving purpose and ethos of HAPPINEZ. We run Women's Empowerment Meet Ups, and offer life coaching workshops, friendship, socials, nights, guest speaker nights and 1-2-1 coaching and counselling ... we meet on Tuesday evenings, but more meetings are planned for 2018.
