Just to let everyone know that we will be on annual leave from sat the 24th January to the 3rd of Feb

So the shop will be closed x

Our dear Charlie will be looking after the phone so please be patient with her and if you are over looked I will do my best to catch up with you when I return

UPDATE

The shop will be back open tomorrow and I am taking it day by day x
I have tried to get back to all my messages and missed calls but may have missed some and I apologise for that x

A quick update for my lovely customers
I am still in hospital hopefully I will be home soon
I understand some of your appointments have been cancelled and some short notice as we have been reassessing the diary on a daily basis so again apologies x
My partner is doing his best in regards to cancelling appointments and some people have give him grief which I don't appreciate
This isn't a holiday for me I was rushed in to hospital unexpectedly

So please bare with us and I apologise for any inconvenience x

That I was taken back into hospital yesterday and it was quite a rush
So if you have your dog booked in today or tomorrow obviously the shop is shut

Just to let all my customers know that I had hernia surgery on Tues 31st of May
Which means I will be off my feet for a few weeks
I have got another groomer in place for the end of June
If you still require an appointment
I am trying to get through a backlog of calls but it's taking time
