Diddles had a great day out watching the horse boarding and scurry racing before falling asleep on her Auntie Laurie's lap. Sadly Parsnip passed away this week. She used to love to run with her friends but has not been able to run for some time. After a sudden decline her owner had to make the decision we all dread having to make. I had the honour to be allowed to take her for her final trip and stay with her until the end because her owner's health issues meant she was unable to go with her. Run free beautiful girl.

We are very sad that this beautiful girl gained her angel wings this afternoon. Purdy was beautiful both inside and out. She loved everyone and all the dogs she met and they loved her back. She was friends with all the dogs we walked and boarded, loved her walks, running, digging, splashing in the stream, chasing rabbits and so much more. One of the most friendly dogs you could wish to meet and was always a joy to have stay with us. We will never forget you Purdy. Our deepest sympathies to her family. She was such a special girl.

Happy birthday Freddy. Four years old today. Diddles insisted that as it was Freddy's birthday they had to have steak because you need steak to celebrate a birthday properly.
